With so much entertainment at our fingertips, we have an endless amount of opportunity to audibly tailor our workout experience. Music playlists during a workout can offer a great deal of inspiration! Here is a list of suggested music to get you moving…. Some obvious, some obscure.
Contrary to what we would all like to think, most of us don’t look forward to spending time on workout equipment for one reason or another. Whether you’re at the gym or in your living room, chances are you have access to a TV. Battle boredom and resist the urge to cut your sweat session short by watching these recommended shows. They’re the ones that inspire us, entertain us, or at the very least distract us from the task at hand.

Feb 2, 2014 and the world's favorite pudgy weather prognosticator has told us that we can expect 6 more weeks of winter. Every year on Groundhog Day I wonder (and then quickly forget after looking it up) how accurate the fuzzy little forecaster's predictions have been. I'll include the results of a quick Wiki search here, "Of these 117 predictions on record so far, Punxsutawney Phil has predicted an "early spring" 16 times (13.7%). As to his accuracy, according to the StormFax Weather Almanac and records kept since 1887, Phil's predictions have been correct 39% of the time."
To many, Cinco De Mayo is just a good excuse to have a margarita and some Mexican cuisine.... Some think it's Mexico's Independence Day.... Others think it's just a made up Holiday by American alcohol companies to sell more product... All are kind-a right! Here's a brief history of the Holiday and how it has become one of the largest growing Holidays on the calendar....
