They are very fast and helpful. I purchased a rental treadmill in the morning and after lunch, they dropped it off and set it up. I am very happy. I had Peloton postpone my delivery 3 times before I canceled. Luckily, I found FitDel and I saved myself thousands of dollars and time waiting. The delivery team is also very considerate and kind. They listened to my instructions and they did not make a mess. They were very friendly.

Highly recommend FitDel. I was tired of making excuses about driving to the gym because it was normally busy or people would camp out on machines even though they weren’t using them. For the same cost I was paying monthly to a gym, I’m able to rent great quality equipment for home use. FitDel was quick to respond to questions when I had them and the process to secure the rentals was quick and easy. The guys that came to deliver and set up the equipment were cautious bringing everything inside and made sure it was set up how I wanted it in the room.

I rented a treadmill for 6 months so I could walk for 30 minutes every day of my pregnancy (per my doctor’s suggestion) and this was usually done while my first baby was napping or the Texas weather made walking outside miserable. I didn’t want to buy a treadmill because of the cost but also because I don’t have a huge house with space for a permanent big piece of equipment and just needed this for a few months to reach my goal of walking every day. They delivered it, maneuvered around corners, set it up, answered any questions, and then 5+ months later when I scheduled the pickup, came back and did it all in reverse. Overall was a really nice and easy experience.

These guys were great. I loved the rowing machine they sent me, but when my tennis elbow prevented me from using it, they came and replaced it (for $75) for a bike. You can't get that service if you buy equipment, so I'm very glad I didn't make the decision to buy and rented instead.

I was toying with the idea of buying a rowing machine but was hesitant to add another potentially unused contraption to my already overstuffed bonus room. Finding FitDel in my online search for a rowing machine was the perfect solution. I completed the online order form on July 4th and they delivered the Concept II rower the next day. I signed up for a 6-month rental so I could get in shape for an island vacation. The machine was great and I got some great workouts from it, but in the process of getting in shape, I discovered new activities that I enjoy more than machines. Though I really like that they give you the option to swap out equipment any time you want to try something new, I'm just going to say goodbye to the rower for now. Knowing how my interests change like the weather, I will definitely use FitDel next time I'm in the market to try new fitness equipment.

I found FitDel while searching through the internet for a company that I could rent several treadmills for a one-day work project. I wasn't sure if there would be a company that would fit the bill. Thankfully, FitDel exists and worked with me on my unusual request! Duncan worked with me from Day 1 on this project, which started in the summer but didn't actually take place until the fall. He is friendly, professional, and figured out a way to meet the requirements that I needed. He was super helpful during the entire process and let's just say, it was a process. The treadmills worked fabulously and the FitDel team came back the following day to pick them up. I ordered a treadmill from Fitdel. The delivery was absolutely painless and the installation took only a few minutes. The treadmill has been running flawlessly for the three months we have had it in our house. We own a stationary bike and a rowing machine, so this low cost rental complements our exercise room with minimal cash outlay. I recommend using Fitdel without hesitation.

On a Sunday several months ago, I realized I had to come up with a safe way to exercise. I was undergoing chemo and at the time my legs were too weak for me to safely walk on my treadmill (or outside). After finding FitDel (then called Austin Fitness) online, I completed the online application. Two days later Olliver delivered a professional quality recumbent bike to our home. It was exactly what I needed. Since the chemo caused me to develop peripheral neuropathy this was the only exercise I could handle. My oncologist and I were both happy with my progress in getting stronger! Although I am now ready to transition to my own treadmill, I recommend FitDel if you need in home exercise equipment for rehab or any other reason. The application process was easy, delivery was on time, and Olliver was quick to respond to calls and emails if I had a question. The cost was less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend FitDel and will definitely call for any future equipment needs.

I was desperately searching for a company who could rent a stationary bike to me at the last minute, for a few days while i was in Austin taking a therapeutic bodywork training.  i luckily found FitDel and they were VERY nice to help me with a short term rental. i am recovering from an injury.  I did not expect them to be able to help me since it was Memorial Day weekend, but they did !  They were very nice and helpful.  THe bike was excellent and i was very impressed with their service, but most of all grateful that they were willing to help me out.

Woohoo!  I get to be the first to review this new company!  They delivered my new spin bike last week right at the beginning of all the big rain, so the timing couldn't have been more perfect.  Super nice and professional guys!  Easy to deal with.  I completed part of the service contract online and then signed everything at delivery.  They sent me an estimated delivery time and were within 15 minutes of that time, not like your cable guy asking you to be at home between 12-4pm.

My husband has been using the bike as a part of his morning exercise routine and LOVES IT! This isn't a home bike you can get from Academy. It's one of the nice commercial quality ones like what they have at Gold's Gym. It's surprisingly not that loud, since it just sounds like white noise down the hall from my bedroom.   Anyway, he's able to get in a solid 30-minute ride in the morning before work, and when he's done, I'm just getting up and able to hop on for my own workout.  

You can't beat the convenience or the price! We were going to buy a fluid trainer for winter training, but after we factored in all of the costs (trainer, spare wheels to use on the trainer, mat, etc.), this was a much more convenient and cost-effective choice. Plus, once winter is over, we can either have them pick up the rental or swap it out with another for summer training.

FYI, they have a showroom, so you can go check out all of their machines and handpick the one you want. They even have a staged bedroom, so you can get an idea of how much space a machine takes up---surprisingly not that much. We have our spin bike set in front of our picture window and a big screen TV. :)

Yay! I get to be the first to review these guys before anyone else! Love the company and love the service! Their ordering and delivery process is simple and seamless, and I even got to go to their showroom to pick out my own spin bike. I was going to use an old yoga mat to put beneath the spin bike to protect my wood floor, but they provided a nice rubber mat at delivery. Nice thinking guys! Between mine and my husband's use of the bike every week, I figure it costs us about $1/use, less than a gym membership per day. I work from home and love the convenience of jumping onto the bike for a quick 30-45 minute spin while taking a TV break. The spin bike has a two-sided pedal that allows you to use regular shoes on one side or cycling shoes on the other, just like the ones in big gyms. Ask for Kyle when you call. He's the owner and really knowledgeable about all of the machines. He was able to explain the differences between the machines and make solid recommendations for me.

I want to be a runner. I love the feel of the wind on my face and the pavement underneath my feet . . . for about three months out of the year. The rest of the time, Austin is working against me. If it's not the clouds of cedar or the humidity or the temperatures in the 90s that drive me back inside, it's the fact that I'm kind of a brat about running and want to run when it's convenient, not necessarily when its weather-permitting. I've considered buying a treadmill, but the quality machines are expensive, and let's face it, in my home, there's a good chance a treadmill would just end up being a $3,000 coat rack.

Enter FitDel. Kyle and his team offer rentals of all kinds of fitness equipment -- treadmills, spin bikes, row machines and more. I recently had the opportunity to visit the showroom and try out some of the machines. The showroom was clean and well-stocked with high-quality machines. All the equipment was on par with the professional equipment at my gym, and many were even better, like the i11.9 incline trainer. 

This machine makes treadmill running fun. It has a 30% incline and a -3% decline. It's compatible with iFit so you can choose to do a training program or run a path anywhere in the world. You pick a trail and control the speed the machine adjusts the elevation as you go. It also connects to Google Street View so you can get the full road running experience. Usually, on a treadmill, I'm painfully aware of every minute or every elevation change, but three miles on the i11.9 went by in a snap. 

Visiting FitDel was a great experience. Kyle was friendly and gave a helpful overview of the machine I was interested in. Given the high quality of the machines, the prices are extremely reasonable. Rental terms range from three days to options to rent-to-own, with a standard rental agreement being 13 weeks. For anyone who wants the convenience of a home workout without the price and commitment, FitDel is the way to go.

I had set up a six-week spin bike rental with Kyle to get my girlfriend and I through the holidays. She is a coach and spin instructor who likes planning her workouts, and I hate riding outside when it's cold. I had my jaw reconstructed when I was younger, and wind/cold makes the metal ache quite a bit. Having a machine in our home was the most convenient way we could think of to stay in shape over the holidays but we didn't want to buy one for just a few weeks. Initially, I thought I would have to find a friend who had a truck to go pick up the equipment and then haul it up to our second-story apartment. This was not the case at all. A guy named Ronnie called and emailed me to see when they could drop off the spin bike. I scheduled the delivery for a few days later and they were right on time. Not only did Kyle and Eddie have the bike assembled and cleaned, but they pieced together a foam pad that protected our wood floors and dampened any vibrations (there weren't that many, to begin with). Being on the second floor I was worried about noise but it was never an issue. We could wake up early to warm up, get in a midday workout, or spin after the sun went down. I got an email a few days before the end date from Ronnie asking when a good time would be to pick it up. We confirmed a day and time but I ended up having to cancel the appointment. Kyle assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and picked it up from my roommate when I was at work. The equipment was great, the staff was awesome and great at communicating, and the overall experience was awesome.
